The Living Room The Living Room has three areas, and is truly huge. There are comfy armchairs, an oversize sofa, and a separate Snug with Games and Books.	The Snug - Perfect for the Kids The Snug has lots of Books and DVD, suitable for everyone. It's at the far end of the Living Room, with folding doors, so it can be a separate room.
Fully Equipped Dining Kitchen There's a six burner Range Cooker, Dishwasher, American-style Fridge Freezer with Ice-Maker, and a six-seater Dining Table.	The Kitchen and sheltered Patio The lower Patio is right outside the Kitchen. It's shelter, has views of the Garden, and a great place to eat outdoors.
Lower Patio with Wonderful Views Directly outside the kitchen, so you can dine outside. It's sunny and sheltered and has a great view.	Separate Dining Room The large Dining Room comfortably seats eight, and is right next to the large dining kitchen

Carlyon Bay Beach One of the largest beaches in South Cornwall. Soft sand, long and wide, and in a big sheltered bay surrounded by high cliffs.
