OUTSIDE, there is a massive garden, fully fenced and very private.
The swimming pool is heated in the summer, and separately fenced from the garden for safety.
There are two patios. The first is outside the living room with a distant view of the sea. The second is outside the kitchen, it's sunny and sheltered and perfect for dining overlooking the gardens.

Almost an acre of lush garden, with a private large Pool (heated in Summer), and fully fenced for safety.
There's two patios - the upper looks over the garden and over tree-tops out to sea, the lower is more shelter with views of the garden and a perfect spot dining.

Up a half stair is a Living Room with high sloped ceiling, three seating areas, a wonderful fireplace, and a 42" smart-TV with Sky-Plus. Patio doors open to a large balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and a view of the sea over the tree tops.
